Account responsibility

You are responsible for the Discord account used to purchase Mavis and for keeping license material private. Attempts to bypass payment verification, exceed the licensed concurrent-session allowance, or transfer access without authorization may suspend service.

Third-party services

Mavis is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nexon or MapleStory. You are responsible for understanding the rules, risks, and account consequences of any third-party software you choose to use.

Availability

Software and external game compatibility can change. Maintenance, upstream outages, and security work may temporarily affect availability. Mavis will not represent an unconfirmed payment as paid and will preserve durable order records for recovery.

Payments

Payment is governed by the invoice, purchase policy, and server-verified blockchain data. A browser state, transaction screenshot, or submitted hash cannot authorize license issuance.

Changes

Material changes to these terms should be published with a new effective date. Continued purchases after that date use the current published terms, subject to applicable law.
